Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the TEACHNIQ learning-management platform and related websites, applications, and services (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

The Service

TEACHNIQ provides a multi-tenant platform on which independent organizations (“Academies”) operate branded learning sites, sell courses and memberships, and host communities. Your relationship for course content, payments, and support is primarily with the Academy whose site you use; TEACHNIQ provides the underlying platform.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Each Academy account is independent, even if it shares an email address with an account on another Academy.
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use at support@teachniq.com.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• violate any law or infringe the rights of others;
• upload malware, attempt to breach security or access controls, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure;
• scrape, resell, or provide unauthorized access to the Service or other users’ content;
• upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you do not have the rights to use, including video imported from third-party storage; or
• circumvent usage limits, billing, or bot-protection measures.

Content and ownership

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant TEACHNIQ and the relevant Academy a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, transmit, display, and adapt that content solely to operate and provide the Service. TEACHNIQ and its licensors retain all rights in the Service software and design.

Third-party services

The Service integrates optional third-party services (for example Google, Microsoft, Dropbox, payment processors, and video hosting). Your use of those services is subject to their terms and privacy policies. Access granted through OAuth can be revoked from the relevant provider’s account settings.

Payments

Prices, taxes, billing cycles, and refund terms for courses, bundles, and subscriptions are set by the applicable Academy or plan and are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party processors; TEACHNIQ does not store full payment-card details.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. TEACHNIQ does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TEACHNIQ will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. TEACHNIQ’s total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid to TEACHNIQ for the Service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service or its users. Certain provisions survive termination, including content licenses necessary to provide the Service to others, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
